I just placed an order; when will it be shipped?
We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow a production time of 1-3 days before your order is shipped. The average shipping time is 5-11 days. Tracking numbers will be updated 2-5 days after your order has been shipped. If you have not received a tracking number after 7 days, please email info@romana-cork.com
I am not satisfied with my order; can I return it? What if there is a problem?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 14 days to return the product to us for a full refund. You will need to return the product at your own expense. Once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on the returned packages. Note: If your package is in transit, you will need to wait until it arrives and return it before receiving your refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, cancellation is not possible, as we begin shipping immediately after your order. Fortunately, you can take advantage of our simple return system to receive a full refund once the package arrives.
I provided an incorrect address; what should I do now?
If you have misspelled an address or it was auto-filled incorrectly, you can simply reply to the order confirmation email to confirm this. Once you realize that the provided address is incorrect, you can notify us by email at info@romana-cork.com. If the provided address is wrong, we can change it to the correct address within 24 hours. No refunds will be issued after the 24-hour period for reporting the incorrect address has passed.
